Biography of Pastor Charles Vin (Vincent Charles Chinedu) the resident Pastor of Dominion City Ogu/bolo HQ, Rivers State, Nigeria. 

Pastor Charles Vin, whose real name is Vincent Charles Chinedu, is a commissioned pastor, servant leader, church planter, and visionary minister within Dominion City Church. His journey in ministry reflects dedication, humility, growth, and an unwavering commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom.

He began his service in Dominion City between 2013 and 2014, serving faithfully as an Assistant Cell Fellowship Leader under the leadership of Pastor Christian Okafor, who was under Pastor Ugochukwu Dimkpa, the Lead Pastor of Dominion City Town Church, Port Harcourt. During this period, he developed strong foundations in discipleship, leadership, and grassroots church growth.

From 2014 to 2015, he continued to serve as a Cell Fellowship Leader under the guidance of Pastor Jesam and later Pastor Buchi. His consistent commitment to ministry responsibilities positioned him for greater assignments within the church.

In September 2016, Pastor Charles Vin moved with Pastor Christian Okafor as an Assistant Pastor to help establish Dominion City Okrika, beginning from a cell fellowship. Through prayer, evangelism, and strategic leadership, the ministry grew steadily. He served faithfully in this pioneering assignment until 2018.

In 2018, he was officially commissioned as a Pastor by Rev. Dr. David Ogbueli at the Port Harcourt Headquarters, under the supervision of Pastor Chineme Jr. (PCJ). This commissioning marked a significant milestone in his ministerial journey and affirmed his calling to leadership and church expansion.

In early 2019, he established a branch of Dominion City Okrika Island Church, further demonstrating his passion for church planting and community impact. Later that same year, he received a higher mandate to relocate to Lagos State, where he served as Campus Fellowship Pastor at the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), Ikorodu Campus. During this time, he worked under the leadership of Pastor Ugochukwu Dimkpa, who was the Senior Lead Pastor of Dominion City Ikorodu Province.

From 2019 to 2022, he faithfully served in campus ministry, mentoring students and raising young leaders. Between 2022 and 2024, he resided as one of the leading Evangelist Pastors at the Dominion City Ikorodu Headquarters, contributing significantly to church growth, evangelism, and spiritual development.

At the end of 2024, he relocated to Rivers State due to a new assignment and project commitment. In 2025, he received a divine instruction to establish Dominion City in Ogu-Bolo Local Government Area of Rivers State, as there was no Dominion City commission presence in the area. By the grace of God, he currently serves as the Resident Pastor and Ark Bearer of Dominion City Ogu-Bolo HQ, which began as a home cell fellowship at Ofiamani Polo Waterside and has continued to grow under his leadership.

Pastor Charles Vin is happily married to Mrs. Clare Nkeiruka Oluchi Charlesvin Chinedu, who plays a vital role as a pillar in the growth and development of the church project in Ogu-Bolo HQ, Rivers State. Their partnership in ministry reflects unity, vision, and shared commitment to kingdom advancement.

Beyond pastoral ministry, he is also an entrepreneur and community developer. He is actively involved in real estate, technology, business consulting, and the training of young people and aspiring Nigerians who desire growth and transformation in all areas of life. Through these platforms, he continues to empower individuals spiritually, professionally, and economically.

He is the CEO and Founder of Arangur Properties and Charlesvin Global Resources, an arm of CGRTECH, with operations in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abia State.

He is an alumni of the prestigious IREF - Institute of Real Estate and Finance in affiliation to Lincoln University College in Malaysia where he studied real estate and building construction/project management.

He has served under the mentorship of Dr Stephen Akintayo, Dr Cosmos Maduka and Chief Dr Coach Spark Ovadje, Nigeria's National Real Estate Coach and Ambassador, too many to mention. 

He served as the realtors group President of Arangur Realtors Group in Lagos, and still serving till date.

In 2024 He aired live on Wazobia FM, Nigerian Info Love FM Port Harcourt and in 2025 he aired on Magic FM, Abia State where he preached about the benefits and hidden treasures of real estate investment and personal development.
