Biography of Pastor Charles Vin (Vincent Charles Chinedu) the resident Pastor of Dominion City Ogu/bolo HQ, Rivers State, Nigeria.  Pastor Charles Vin, whose real name is Vincent Charles Chinedu, is a commissioned pastor, servant leader, church planter, and visionary minister within Dominion City Church. His journey in ministry reflects dedication, humility, growth, and an unwavering commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom. He began his service in Dominion City between 2013 and 2014, serving faithfully as an Assistant Cell Fellowship Leader under the leadership of Pastor Christian Okafor, who was under Pastor Ugochukwu Dimkpa, the Lead Pastor of Dominion City Town Church, Port Harcourt. During this period, he developed strong foundations in discipleship, leadership, and grassroots church growth. From 2014 to 2015, he continued to serve as a Cell Fellowship Leader under the guidance of Pastor Jesam and later Pastor Buchi. His consistent commitment to ministry responsibilities position...

 Dominion City Ogu–Bolo HQ is a growing fellowship in Ogu–Bolo, Rivers State, established in 2025 by the help of the Holy Spirit under the leadership of Pastor Vincent Charles Chinedu (Pastor Charles Vin).  It began at Ofiamani Polo Waterside, moved to GSS school field, and later to Mama’s house at Sandfield Road 1, behind Cherubim Church.  It operates under the covering of Rev Dr David Ogbueli of Dominion City Worldwide and the oversight of Pastor Jude Obiekwe of Dominion City Port Harcourt HQ. The fellowship is focused on discipleship, worship, and raising leaders who transform society.
